I mean, finding a new dentist and a barber is annoying, but when the boiler cracks just 6 weeks after you move in during … More an arctic blast (and another to come) and have no relationships with local HVAC professionals, it is really stressful. At the end of the day, even with supply chain issues and a higher than expected cost to repair, I feel like I made the right choice going with Comfort Specialists. Part of my delay getting a repair scheduled was the week spent getting bids and realizing that even those that seemed pretty reasonable, were very abstract proposed solutions that often amounted to little more than stop-gaps. It was so relieving just to get the proposal from Beau, because it was obvious that he actually cared and knew how to tailor a solution for my needs. The proposal was very detailed and offered me certain upgrade options that were explained, but not pushed on me in the least. I felt very informed about the whole project. The install team was a blast, really. They took so much pride in their work (look at the second picture), explained everything as they went along, and it really made me happy to work with professionals who still feel that their craft is important and matters to their customers. It does! I cannot recommend Comfort Specialists enough.

  Beau Dion and the Comfort Specialists team were awesome to work with, and did an incredible job installing new heat pumps and mini-splits in our building. … More We had two systems installed - one for the first floor store front, and one for our second floor apartment. These systems replaced our old oil furnace and hot water radiators. Not only did this provide us with more space (removal of the radiators), but the cost savings has been the most noticeable. We are spending significantly less on electric than oil. The mini-splits are super efficient, even in the coldest of winter days and the most hot/humid of summer days in Central PA. Perhaps that is one of the best features of the system...no more window AC units! The mini-splits are quiet, clean, energy-efficient, and easy to operate. Moreover, the service provided by Beau and the team throughout the process was exceptional. With an old building and brick exterior that has a narrow alleyway, they were able to mount the heat pumps up high on the side of the building so foot-traffic on the path would not be disturbed. Inside with the mini-split units, the placement of each in the various rooms was done very well. The technicians were friendly, cleaned up well after their install, and made the whole process super enjoyable. We would highly recommend Comfort Specialists! Thank you Beau & Team! - Kelly & Steve

  We had a great experience with Comfort Specilasts! To start I had 2 other companies come out to give us a quote on our well aged heating and cooling. Both … More of the other companies never even sent us a quote. When Comfort Specialists came out I recieved a quote the same day. When it came time for the install one of the ductless units was the wrong color. The sales rep immediately started working on the problem and had the right units within a few hours being shipped to the warehouse. Two days later the whole job was complete. We love the new ductless system! The units are almost silent and are very efficient at keeping a constant temperature. We are very happy with the whole experience!
